Was referred to Dan through friends who also had great experiences with him and I would highly recommend! He was knowledgeable and guided me through ever step of the way for my first rental. Dan Milewski was quick to respond every single time, which mattered a lot in a market where good listings don't sit around (Liberty Village, Toronto). He knew the buildings in the area I was targeting to give me a straight read on each one instead of just forwarding whatever was available. Ended up in exactly the kind of place I was after. Throughout our search for a home, I especially appreciated his consistent and clear communication with my husband and me. He brings a positive attitude, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly. Although we’re renting at the moment, we have no doubt that we’ll be working with Dan again when we’re ready to buy.

In the pursuit to find the right condo in Toronto in the summer of 2022, I was thrilled to work with Dan. His open and consistent communication as well as his accommodation for my busy schedule was unparalleled and put him high on the list of realtors I would choose to work with. Dan exhibits honesty and transparency in doing business and was kind enough to show me a unit that was listed by a property management company even though the listing brokerage was not offering to pay his commission if I chose to proceed with that unit. Dan had no hesitation in showing me the unit knowing full well he could not represent me further, and continued to be helpful along the way. Dan has continued to provide excellent service, and was absolutely amazing to work and collaborate with while purchasing my first home.
His understanding of the Downtown Toronto market is very comprehensive and sophisticated, and he was able to provide a detailed and efficient breakdown that helped me quickly digest and prioritize the best available options.
Dan also dedicated a lot of time to understanding what the needs were for my family and me. He did an amazing job explaining the entire homebuying process patiently and learning how my family would be using the home, which made a huge difference in making the house search much more efficient. Dan also went above and beyond in identifying and recommending homes that met my needs independently- his dedication is second to none.
Dan was always extremely prompt and responsive, whether it was asking questions about purchasing my new home, moving out of my old lease, providing updates from the initial offer until the closing date, and following up weeks after to ensure I was happy in my new home.
